Begin by filling out a questionnaire or reaching out to us via phone, email, or text to share information about yourself and your requirements. Following this, we initiate our search process to pinpoint real estate agents who align with your preferences both personally and professionally. Subsequently, we present you with introductions to the selected agent(s), with the option to choose the one you'd prefer to collaborate with (up to 3 agents). 

You pay no fees to Agent Align.  Our services are complimentary to you.  Any fees incurred for services from the brokerage you choose are solely between you and that specific brokerage. Real estate commissions are negotiable and must be clearly outlined in an agency agreement. It's important to note that the language within these agreements may differ across regions and brokerages. 

Our research approaches are tailored to your priorities as outlined in the questionnaire. Sometimes, our emphasis is on identifying agents with specific designations or credentials pertinent to your needs. In other instances, our research is data-driven, while in some cases, it revolves around more personalized requirements. Frequently, our approach is a blend of these criteria, ensuring a comprehensive and tailored agent search. 

Absolutely. You have the flexibility to request interviews with anywhere from one to three agents for each buy side or sell side transaction. You may prefer to work with the same agent for both selling and purchasing. Alternatively, if you prefer distinct agents for the sell side and buy side in the same region, we will connect you with up to three agents for each side. 

The primary questions are located in the questionnaire available on the Home and Find My Agent pages of this site. Given the considerable variations in circumstances from one individual or property to another, please include any additional information you deem essential for us to consider before commencing our search. Feel free to provide your comments on the questionnaire or contact us directly to discuss, particularly if the matter is of a more personally sensitive nature. We are here to listen and assist. 

After you've filled out the questionnaire, typically, it takes about 3-4 business days to pinpoint 1-2 suitable agents. The review process may extend further, particularly if you wish to be contacted by multiple agents, or if your needs involve specific property characteristics and agents who specialize accordingly. 

You are under no obligation with Agent Align to use any of the agents we recommend.  However, if you sign an agency contract with any agent, you will need to refer to that agreement to understand your obligations to that specific agent's brokerage.  If you are unsatisfied with the agents we find and introduce, PLEASE let us know.  Your feedback will help us better understand your needs so we can revise our search criteria to better serve you.  We will gladly conduct a new search based on the updated information you provide. 

Yes, the agents we recommend are actively licensed and qualified to help you.  If you feel that any agents we recommend lack the qualifications you want them to have please let us know! 

We work on a highly localized level across the U.S.  Our services extend to any location where you wish to buy or sell real estate, spanning all 50 states. Whether you're interested in buying in one state and selling in another, we connect you with local agents possessing the specific expertise needed in the area(s) where you plan to conduct your real estate transactions. 

Your privacy and personal information are of utmost importance to us. When you inform us about the number of agents you'd like to connect with, we will only share your basic contact details with that specific number of agents selected as potential matches. During the initial vetting process, your name and address are not disclosed to agents until we have thoroughly discussed your needs and asked the necessary qualifying questions. Only after confirming that an agent is a strong potential match for you do we share your address and contact information with them. 

No.  Agent Align is an independently owned and operated company that is not affiliated with any other brokerage.  As such we are free to find only the best agents, regardless of their brokerage affiliation.  

No.  Every licensed Agent Align Advisor has chosen to assist individuals by facilitating connections between consumers and the most suitable real estate professionals instead of engaging in real estate practice themselves. Their aim is to ensure that your needs are met and that you have a positive real estate experience. This is why they have chosen to join Agent Align.  The only exception is the Broker/Owner of Agent Align who holds an additional license as an Associate Broker.
